My booth waiting for a client

It's been a big week so far...

Got to session 2 of James' big back piece. Probably one more lining session to go on the back and one or 2 for his arm. Then onto shading....

Mostly finished up this tattoo of a fighter for Julio.

Almost done with this fun piece for Stacy too!

Thanks for looking !

This week tied up some loose ends and made some new ones.

These are a couple of shots from an Edward Gorey themed coverup of pretty much and entire forearm.

Allison came in for some more work on her dreamy family tribute and I also added some lilies to the bottom(unshown in this photo)... more pics to come.

Also finished up this Lee Superman.

Thank you.

Recent tattoos ...

Started one crazy and awesome backpiece... wings made of knives.
I have way more to add on the wings including switchblades and straight razors.
Later I started this neat little piece.  Looking forward to finishing both of these up!
Saturday I did this neat dog memorial/celebration for 4 rescued dogs and their owner.
Thank you guys!

Today .... Banksy inspired but not Banksy tattoo and more on Kory

This lady found me through the Boston Tattoo Convention.  She wanted a tattoo inspired by the famous Banksy graffiti with little girls with balloons but for me to do my own piece of art from that concept.  This is what I came up with.

Today we started the shading on Kory's water and peony sleeve which I posted earlier.
Thank you.

I finally updated my portfolio...

Please visit www.doyletattoo.com to check it out!

48 hours of bad ideas.. :)

Bro tats all around.  My friend Valerie is moving far away so Billy and I were down for some matching tattoos with our buddy Val.  They got "nada!" matching on the wrists and Val and I got matching birds, two halves of a free bird tattoo.  I decided to up the ante and let her do some of my tattoo on me! (she did the one made up of dots)

The next day Aaron our shop's counter guy came in for his iron man tattoo.  He already had the smallest circle in the middle of his palm and we drew on the rest of the image, Ironman's repulsor beam blaster and then I had to tattoo it using a stippling technique to make sure it will stay.  I have been skeptical about palm tattoos in the past, but I already tattooed Aaron's other palm about 4 months ago and it has not lost any ink what so ever due to the particular method of application.  He is a mad man.  But totally loves it and has already pretend shot like 10 bad guys.
